Bounds Green – A History and Walk

By Albert Pinching

This book is about a less well-known, but nevertheless interesting, corner of Haringey, initially a rural hamlet which became a cosmopolitan residential district of Wood Green.

Bounds Green - A History and a Walk

Once farmland, but later the home of wealthy 19th-century residents, it would become the location of brickworks, glassworks, a university, an industrial estate and an Olympic-size swimming pool.
