Bruce Castle Museum & Archive is looking for volunteers to participate in an oral history project, contributing to the collective history of Haringey.

While the changes in women’s experiences of work since the Second World War have transformed British society, we rarely hear about women’s working lives in their own words.

Bruce Castle Museum & Archive wants to better understand the experience of women’s work, whatever that looked like: from characterful bosses to lifelong friends; from juggling temporary jobs to stable careers; from running a business to responsibilities at home.
