His Worship the Mayor requires a full list of the residents of Hornsey who gave their lives in the Great War for inclusion in the War Memorial.
In order to make the list as complete as possible, the Mayor appeals to all inhabitants of the Borough to co-operate in making the Scheme known and by sending immediately any information in possession to the Borough Librarian, Central Library.
Forms, on which the nature of the particulars required is shown, may be obtained at any of the Public Libraries, as follows:
