The Roman Kiln in Highgate Wood
10th November 2021 @ 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Nick Peacey’s talk will be about Highgate Wood’s Roman pottery site, a hugely significant and rare Roman pottery factory in Greater London. It’s also an important part of Highgate Wood’s history and that of the Borough of Haringey, particularly as little other evidence for Haringey during the Roman Period has so far been found.
